SALARY SCALES – SALARIED EMPLOYEES. The following salary scales are payable to employees designated Pre-School Head Teacher, Pre-School Teacher or Pre-School Assistant from the dates indicated. Any staff member employed in this position on or before the settlement date for this collective and being paid an extra step for a Montessori qualification will have this provision protected for the time of their employment at Wa Ora.
