Common use of Salary Step Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Salary Step Eligibility. Employees must meet the following conditions in order to be eligible for salary step advancement. 9.2.1 An employee must have received an overall rating of “satisfactory” on his/her most recent performance evaluation to receive any salary step advancement. 9.2.2 An employee must have been paid a minimum of 1,040 hours in the previous (12) twelve months (minimum hours requirement is prorated for part-time employees) to receive any salary step advancement.
