Salary Treatment When Returning To Former Position. A Full Time Regular Employee who, in accordance with Clause 14.04(e)(i), returns to a former position after being displaced or laid off, in accordance with this Article, shall receive the rate of pay in such position to which the Employee would be entitled to receive had he or she continued working in such position and not been displaced or laid off. Such Employee shall thereafter be subject to all scheduled salary increases prescribed by this Agreement which are applicable to his or her position.
