Sale and Purchase of Net Delivered Energy. (a) Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Seller shall sell and deliver and the Purchaser shall purchase and accept all Net Delivered Energy generated by the Complex and delivered at the Interconnection Point for the consideration described in Article IX and determined in accordance with the provisions described in Schedule 1.
