Scheduled Maintenance Outage Sample Clauses

Scheduled Maintenance Outage. The Seller shall not undertake Scheduled Maintenance Outages in the Months of May, June, July and August except that the Seller may undertake Scheduled Maintenance Outages for individual WTGs in a manner so that no more than one WTG is undergoing Scheduled Maintenance Outages at any one time in such months. The Seller shall consult the System Operator before developing the Scheduled Maintenance Outage programme and shall carry out Scheduled Maintenance Outage in accordance with the Scheduled Maintenance Outage programme approved by the System Operator. To the extent possible, the Scheduled Maintenance Outages of individual WTGs shall be phased for minimising the reduction in the total available generation capacity of the Complex. The Seller may, however, subject to prior notice to the Purchaser and the System Operator, undertake any unavoidable maintenance work on the Complex, consistent with the Technical Limits, Prudent Electrical Practices and Prudent Utility Practices, which may not be postponed until the next Scheduled Maintenance Outage.
