Emergency Set-Up and Curtailment Plans. (a) Subject to Clause 5.8(b), the Seller shall co-operate with the Purchaser in developing Emergency procedures for the Complex, including voltage reduction to effect load curtailment, and shall, to the extent consistent with the Technical Limits, comply with such Emergency procedures.
