Sale of the Mooring. Except a sale or transfer to the Charterer pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of the Charter and where the Mooring Tranche Loan has been, or will be concurrently with the sale or transfer, prepaid and/or repaid in full, the Borrower will not sell, transfer, abandon or otherwise dispose of the Mooring or any share or interest in it or agree to do so (other than as contemplated in this clause 25.3 and pursuant to the Finance Documents).
