Sales Promotion Services. Videotron may offer certain Services to existing or new customers free of charge for purposes of sales promotion (the “Sales Promotion Services”). In such an event, Videotron shall under no circumstances owe any amount whatsoever to its customers who do not enjoy the benefit of the Sales Promotion Services.

The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.
