Salvatory clause. In the event that individual provisions of this agreement become invalid, ineffective, unlawful or non-executable, the other provi- sions of the agreement shall remain in full force. Salvatory clause. The part that became void or ineffective shall be replaced by such clause as best reflects the commercial aspects of the business intentions of the contract parties and at the same time is legally approved. In case of litigation, the courts of jurisdiction shall decide in accordance with § 319 BGB. The same applies should the present contract be incomplete.
