Salvatory clause. Should individual provisions of this Agreement or the Order Forms be or become ineffective or impracticable, this will not affect the effectiveness of the other provisions of Agreement or the Order Forms. The ineffective or impracticable provision will be replaced by a regulation that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the ineffective or impracticable provision. The same applies in the event that the contracting parties subsequently establish that there are gaps in the Agreement or an Order Form.
