Samples and Record Retention. Supplier shall retain records and retention samples of each shipped batch of Licensed Adjuvant for at least five (5) years after the delivery date of such Licensed Adjuvant and shall make the same available to Purchaser upon request. During and after the term of this Agreement Supplier shall assist Purchaser with respect to any complaint, issue or investigation relating to a Licensed Adjuvant.
Samples and Record Retention. IMPAX shall retain records and retention samples of each Batch of Product for at least thirty-six (36) months after the expiration date of that Batch and shall make the same available to WCH upon request. Retention samples shall only be destroyed after the required holding period and then only after notice to WCH. During and after the Term, IMPAX shall assist WCH with respect to any complaint, issue or investigation relating to Product.
Samples and Record Retention. CIPAN shall retain records and retention samples of each Batch of Product for at least [* * *] and shall make the same available to Paratek upon request. After the required holding period, CIPAN shall provide written notice to Paratek and, at Paratek’s direction, shall either destroy or otherwise disposition such retention samples at CIPAN’s expense. During and after the term of this Agreement, CIPAN shall assist Paratek with respect to any complaint, issue or investigation relating to Product.
Samples and Record Retention. ULURU shall retain records and retention samples of each Batch of the Product for at least twelve (12) months after the expiration date of that Batch and shall make the same available to ALTRAZEAL upon request. Retention samples shall only be destroyed after the required holding period; provided that in the event that ALTRAZEAL provides written notice to ULURU during such twelve (12) month period that it desires ULURU to retain such retention samples for a longer period of time, then ULURU shall comply with such request until notified by ALTRAZEAL that the sample need no longer be retained. During and after the Term of this Agreement ULURU shall reasonably assist ALTRAZEAL with respect to any complaint, issue or investigation relating to the Product.
Samples and Record Retention. At its expense, XXXXXXXXX shall retain records and retention samples of each Batch of Product for at least twelve (12) months after the expiration date of that Batch and shall make the same available to WYETH upon request. Retention samples shall only be destroyed after the required holding period and then only after sixty (60) days prior written notice to WYETH. If WYETH requests in writing a longer retention period, then XXXXXXXXX shall notify WYETH of the cost of retaining samples for such longer period. If WYETH agrees to reimburse XXXXXXXXX for such costs, XXXXXXXXX shall retain such samples for such longer period. During and after the Term of this Agreement XXXXXXXXX shall assist WYETH with respect to any complaint, issue or investigation relating to Product. SDIX shall have full traceability of product to raw materials and shall retain records and retention samples of each batch of Supplied Product delivered to BD hereunder for at least sixty (60) months after the expiration date of such batch and shall make the same available to BD upon request. Retention samples shall only be destroyed after the required holding period and then only after notice to BD.
Samples and Record Retention. ACCESS shall retain records and retention samples of each Batch of the Product for at least thirty-eight (38) months after the expiration date of that Batch and shall make the same available to WYETH upon request. Retention samples shall only be destroyed after the required holding period; provided that in the event that WYETH provides written notice to ACCESS during such thirty-eight (38) month period that it desires ACCESS to retain such retention samples for a longer period of time, then ACCESS shall comply with such request until notified by WYETH that the sample need no longer be retained. During and after the Term of this Agreement ACCESS shall reasonably assist WYETH with respect to any complaint, issue or investigation relating to the Product.
Samples and Record Retention. ACCESS shall or shall cause any ACCESS’s Third Party Manufacturers to retain records and retention samples, as defined in 21 CER 211.170, of each Batch of the Products for at least thirty-six (36) months after the expiration date the last lot of the drug product containing the active ingredient in that Batch and shall make the same available to DISCUS upon request. Retention samples shall only be destroyed after the required holding period. During and after the Term of this Agreement, ACCESS shall reasonably assist DISCUS with respect to any complaint, issue or investigation relating to the Products.
Samples and Record Retention. Almac shall retain records and retention samples of each Batch of Product for at least [* * *] and shall make the same available to Paratek upon request. After the required holding period, Almac shall provide written notice to Paratek and, at Paratek’s direction, shall either destroy or otherwise disposition such retention samples at Almac’s expense. During and after the Term, Almac shall assist Paratek with respect to any complaint, issue or investigation relating to the Product.
Samples and Record Retention. ULURU shall retain records and retention samples of each Batch of the Product for at least seven years after the manufacturing date of that Batch and shall make the same available to DEXO upon request. Retention samples shall only be destroyed after the required holding period; provided that in the event that DEXO provides written notice to during and after the Term of this Agreement ULURU shall reasonably assist DEXO with respect to any complaint, issue or investigation relating to the Product.3
