SANE Nurse Compensation. All hours worked by the nurse performing a SANE exam will be paid hours worked. Additionally, the employer shall fill out and submit the appropriate paperwork for compensation from the WA State L&I Crime Victims Compensation Fund, excluding any documents the victim completes.
