Sanitary Arrangements. Adequate san- itary arrangements for employee shall be main- tained in every building, and an individual locker and key thereto and rest room key, where rest room is provided, shall be furnished by the Employer for the use of every employee. Soap, towels and washing facilities shall be supplied by the Employer for all employees.
