Common use of Sanitary Regulations Clause in Contracts

Sanitary Regulations. The Employer agrees to furnish a clean, healthful, sufficiently ventilated, properly heated and lighted place for the performance of all work of the composing room, and all machines or apparatus operated in the composing room or in the rooms adjacent thereto from which dust, gases or other impurities are produced or generated, shall be equipped in such a manner as to protect the health of the employees.
