Sanitation Division Daily Route Reduction Impact. If the Commissioner of Public Works reduces the number of DPW Sanitation daily routes, no public works employees holding perma- nent appointment with the City of Worcester sanitation operations, shall be laid off as a direct result of such reduction of routes. This provision shall be without prejudice to the rights of the Commissioner to reassign such employees to other assignments within the Department of Public Works or to balance, designate or determine routes.

  • Provider Selection To the extent applicable to Provider in performance of the Agreement, Provider shall comply with 42 CFR 438.214, as may be amended from time to time, which includes, but is not limited to the selection and retention of providers, credentialing and recredentialing requirements and nondiscrimination.
