Satellite Design Data. The satellite shall be designed such that the environmental design criteria of the Instrument as defined in the documents of paragraph 2.2 are not exceeded, and the structural, electrical, and thermal characteristics, as defined in the documents of paragraph 2.2, of the Instrument are accommodated. DigitalGlobe shall provide information required to update the budgets for the Customer Furnished Equipment, consistent with paragraph 2.2.
