SATELLITE DISHES. Tenant understands that any installation of a satellite dish requires Landlord/Agent ’s approval prior to installation. Any unapproved equipment attached to buildings is not allowed and could result in a fine of up to five hundred dollars ($500.00)500 in addition to all repairs necessary to restore the building to its original condition. Prior to any authorization of the installation of a satellite dish, a deposit of $100 must be paid by Tenant if required by LANDLORD.
