Common use of Saturday and Sunday time Clause in Contracts

Saturday and Sunday time. An Employee brought on duty outside ordinary working hours (Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays) shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours at the rate applicable to the day, but shall not be required to work for the four (4) hours if the work for which the Employee is brought on duty does not last that period.
