Saturday Work. A day worker required to work overtime on a Saturday shall be afforded at least four hours work or paid for four hours at the rate of time and one half for the first three hours and double time thereafter, except where the overtime is continuous with overtime commenced on the previous day.
Saturday Work. Overtime worked prior to 12 noon on a Saturday shall be paid for at the rate of time and one half for the first two (2) hours and double time thereafter. All overtime worked after 12 noon on a Saturday shall be paid for at the rate of double time. An employee working overtime on a Saturday shall be afforded at least three (3) hours’ work or shall be paid for three (3) hours at the appropriate rate.
Saturday Work. Notice of work to be performed on Saturdays is required from the Contractor to the Engineer. The notice is critical for coordination of County resource scheduling including testing and inspection resources. 5 calendar days notice is required to the Engineer.
Saturday Work. (a) No work shall be performed on any Saturday without the prior permission of the Regional Chamber which may impose such conditions as it may deem fit;
(b) Subject to subclause (c) hereof, any time worked on a Saturday shall be deemed to be overtime and be paid for as follows:
(i) all work performed in excess of 4,25 hours or after 12:00 at a rate of double an employee's hourly wage for every hour or part of an hour so worked;
(ii) all other work in accordance with sub-clause (1).
(c) Where an employee is required or permitted to work on a Saturday, his employer shall pay the employee concerned a travelling allowance of not less than R1.
(d) The provisions of this subclause shall not apply to normal shift workers.
(e) A twilight shift worker may not be required to work on a Saturday.
(f) A twilight shift worker may not be required to work on a Sunday.
Saturday Work. All time worked by an employee (not being the ordinary rostered hours of duty of such employee) on a Saturday will be paid for at the rate of time and a half for the first three (3) hours up until midday (or whichever occurs first) and at the rate of double time after midday until completion of the shift at normal rate of pay or assigned incident responsibility rate whichever is the greater.
Saturday Work. In the event Saturday is to be worked, notification must be given the Crafts prior to the completion of the Friday daylight shift.
Saturday Work. One and one half times the regular straight time hourly rate of pay shall be paid for the first eight hours worked on Saturday and two times the regular straight time hourly rate of pay shall be paid for all hours worked in excess of eight on Saturday, except where the regular Friday shift extends over into Saturday morning.
Saturday Work. In the event employees will be regularly scheduled to work more than one Saturday per calendar month, the County will give two (2) weeks notice prior to the schedule change.
Saturday Work a. Employees who are required to perform work on Saturday shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½ ) times the regular rate of pay for all hours worked. The Employer may require mandatory overtime work on Saturday by reverse order of seniority.
b. If an employee, at his request, works on a Saturday to make up for a day he elected to not work during the preceding regular workweek, he shall be paid at straight time for hours so worked, subject to the overtime provisions of Article 8.02.
Saturday Work. The first three hours worked on Saturday shall be paid at the rate of time and a half and all work after the first three hours shall be paid at double time.
