Saturday and Sunday Work. (a) Where an employee is rostered to work ordinary hours between midnight Friday and midnight Saturday, the employee will be paid a loading of 50% of their ordinary rate of pay for the hours worked during this period.
(b) Where an employee is rostered to work ordinary hours between midnight Saturday and midnight Sunday, all employees excluding home care employees will be paid a loading of 75% of their ordinary rate of pay for the hours worked during this period.
(c) Casual employees will be paid in accordance with Clauses 35(a) and 35(b). The rates prescribed in Clauses 35(a) and 35(b) will be in substitution for and not cumulative upon the casual loading prescribed in Clause 12.5(b).
(d) These extra rates will be in substitution for and not cumulative upon the shift penalties prescribed at Clause 38 Shiftwork.

35.2 Casual Employees will be paid the following loadings for ordinary hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays: Aged Care 75% of their ordinary rate of pay 100% of their ordinary rate of pay Health Professionals 75% of their ordinary rate of pay 75% of their ordinary rate of pay Home Care 75% of their ordinary rate of pay 125% of their ordinary rate of pay Nursing 87.5% of their ordinary rate of pay 118.75% of their ordinary rate of pay 35.3 The rates prescribed in clause 35.2 will be in substitution for and not cumulative upon the casual loading prescribed in clause 12.5(b).
Saturday and Sunday Work. (a) An employee other than an employee covered by sub-clause 30.2(b) required to work ordinary time on a Saturday or Sunday will be paid the ordinary time rate of pay plus a penalty of:
(i) for ordinary hours worked on a Saturday, 50% of the ordinary time rate; and
(ii) for ordinary hours worked on a Sunday, 100% of the ordinary time rate.
(b) Except that a school operational services employee in the cooking/catering group, rostered to work ordinary hours on a Saturday will be paid the ordinary time rate of pay plus a penalty of 25% of the ordinary time rate and if rostered to work on a Sunday will be paid the ordinary time rate of pay plus a penalty of 75% of the ordinary time rate.
Saturday and Sunday Work. 47.1 All rostered time of ordinary duty performed between midnight on Friday and midnight on Sunday shall be paid for at the rate of time and a half. Such rates are in addition to, not in substitution of, the relevant shift loading.
47.2 Provided that the following rate of payment shall be made where the Saturday or Sunday duty involves:
Saturday and Sunday Work. 27.1 For all ordinary hours worked between midnight Friday and midnight Sunday, an Employee will be paid their ordinary hourly rate and an additional 50% loading.
27.2 A casual Employee who works on a Saturday or Sunday will be paid a loading of 75% for all time worked instead of the casual loading of 25%.
Saturday and Sunday Work. Regular employees shall not be required to work overtime on Saturdays or Sundays, except in cases of emergency.
Saturday and Sunday Work. Except for personnel engaged in continuous operations, regular employees shall not ordinarily be required to work on a Saturday or Sunday except in special circumstances. When required to work, overtime rates shall be paid at the rate of double time (2x), except between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on Saturday which shall be compensated at the rate of time and one-half (1½). If overtime is worked on a Saturday which is also a statutory holiday, then double time shall be paid for all hours worked.
Saturday and Sunday Work. An Employee, other than an Employee to whom paragraph 14.2(e) applies, required to work ordinary time on a Saturday or Sunday will be paid the ordinary time rate of pay plus a penalty of:
(i) for ordinary hours worked on a Saturday, 50% of the ordinary time rate; and
(ii) for ordinary hours worked on a Sunday, 100% of the ordinary time rate.
Saturday and Sunday Work. All work performed on Saturday and Sunday shall be paid at the overtime rate of pay.
