Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, etc. If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action required or permitted hereby shall be a Saturday, Sunday, a nationally recognized holiday, or a state holiday in the State of Minnesota, then such action may be taken on the next succeeding business day.
