Common use of SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR LEGAL HOLIDAYS Clause in Contracts

SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR LEGAL HOLIDAYS. If any payment or act under this Security Agreement is required to be made or performed on a date that is not a Business Day, then the making of such payment or the performance of such act may be completed on the next succeeding Business Day, and shall be deemed to have been completed as of the required date.
