Scaffolding and Shoring Clause Samples

Scaffolding and Shoring. Contractor shall, at its expense, provide, install and maintain all necessary scaffolding and shoring for the performance of all Work under the Contract. Scaffolding and shoring shall comply with all Governmental Requirements and shall be designed and approved by a registered professional engineer, licensed in the State where the Project is located and employed by Contractor or an appropriate Subcontractor if required by Governmental Requirements.
