Schedule C. The second sentence of the first paragraph (only with respect to the underwriters), the second paragraph, the fifth paragraph and the third and fourth sentences of the eighth paragraph under the caption “Underwriting” in the Preliminary Prospectus, the Pricing Disclosure Package, the Permitted Free Writing Prospectus and the Prospectus (or any amendment or supplement thereto).
