Schedule for the PBOT Work. 3.2.1 PBOT will coordinate with Prosper Portland and the developer of Parcel 9c regarding the PBOT Work so that the PBOT Work is complete no later than when the North Green Loop is complete, in order to allow full functionality of and access to the North Green Loop. PBOT will review designs provided by the developer for the improvements on Parcel 9c, including the plaza that is part of the North Green Loop, and provide its input to the developer and Prosper Portland, so that the PBOT Work and the developer’s construction of its improvements can be coordinated and accomplished efficiently.
