As policy ambitions, objectives and targets grow and chaneg through the Framework Agreement's lifetime it is anticipated that these targets and KPi's will be reviewed and amended as appropiate on an annual basis. On a project by project basis Scottish Government will retain 10% of the overall value of services being provided by the PSU. The succesful meeting of targets as set out above will result in the 10% being released on an annual basis. This process is set outwithin Schedule 2 of the Framework Agreement. The Cumulative Target is calculated by adding the current period KPI to the sum of preceding values.   • SCHEDULE OF RESERVED NAMES Except to the extent that ICANN otherwise expressly authorizes in writing, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Specification, Registry Operator shall reserve the following labels from initial (i.e., other than renewal) registration within the TLD. If using self-­‐allocation, the Registry Operator must show the registration in the RDDS. In the case of IDN names (as indicated below), IDN variants will be identified according to the registry operator IDN registration policy, where applicable.

  • SCHEDULE OF WORK FIRST PARTY’S proposed schedule for the various services required will be set forth in Exhibit A-1. In addition to services described in Section A1, the parties may from time to time agree in writing that FIRST PARTY, for additional compensation, shall perform additional services including but not limited to: • Change in the services because of changes in scope of the work. • Additional tasks not specified herein as required by the CITY. The CITY and FIRST PARTY shall agree in writing to any changes in compensation and/or changes in FIRST PARTY’s services before the commencement of any work.   • Schedule of Specific Commitments 1. Each Party shall set out in a schedule the specific commitments it undertakes under Article 106 (National Treatment), Article 000 (Xxxxxx Xxxxxx) and Article 108 (Additional Commitments).   • Schedule of Services Consultant shall perform the Services in a prompt and timely manner in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Consultant represents that it has the professional and technical personnel required to perform the Services expeditiously. Upon request of City, Consultant shall provide a more detailed schedule of anticipated performance to meet the Schedule of Services.

  • Recovery Schedule If the initial schedule or any current updates fail to reflect the Work’s actual plan or method of operation, or a contractual milestone date is more than fifteen (15) days behind, Owner may require that a recovery schedule for completion of the remaining Work be submitted. The Recovery Schedule must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of Owner’s request. The Recovery Schedule shall describe in detail Construction Contractor’s plan to complete the remaining Work by the required Contract milestone date. The Recovery Schedule submitted shall meet the same requirements as the original Construction Schedule. The narrative submitted with the Recovery Schedule should describe in detail all changes that have been made to meet the Contract milestone dates.

  • PROGRESS SCHEDULE The Contractor, within ten (10) working days of receiving notice of the award of the contract, shall prepare and submit for the State's and Architect's information an estimated progress schedule for the Work. The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work.

  • Schedule of Rates and Charges Any subconsultant rates and charges set forth in the Schedule of Rates and Charges must be the subconsultant’s actual rates and charges exclusive of any markup. The City will compensate the Consultant in accordance with those rates and charges.

  • Schedule B Schedule B to the Agreement, setting forth the Portfolios of the Trust participating on behalf of which the Trust is entering into the Agreement is hereby replaced in its entirety by Schedule B attached hereto. Except as modified and amended hereby, the Agreement is hereby ratified and confirmed in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.
