More Definitions of Cumulative Target

Cumulative Target means the cumulative target set by the Committee for the fiscal years covered by this Agreement.
Cumulative Target means €42,750,000.
Cumulative Target shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(d).
Cumulative Target means Ninety-Four Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars (CAD$94,200,000). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Earnout Payment payable pursuant to this Section 2.07(d) shall be reduced by the amount of any Milestone Payments made pursuant to Section 2.07(e).   • Cumulative EBITDA means, as of any date of determination, EBITDA of the Company from the Existing Notes Issue Date to the end of the Company’s most recently ended full fiscal quarter prior to such date, taken as a single accounting period.

  • Total Stockholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a share of the Company’s common stock.

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI;

  • Performance Targets means the specific objective goal or goals (which may be cumulative and/or alternative) that are timely set in writing by the Committee for each Executive for the Performance Period in respect of any one or more of the Business Criteria.
