Schedule of Specific Commitments. 1. Where a Party schedules commitments in accordance with this Section, it shall set out in a schedule, called its Schedule of Specific Commitments, the specific commitments it undertakes in accordance with Articles 8.5, 8.6 and 8.8. With respect to sectors where such commitments are undertaken, its Schedule of Specific Commitments shall specify: (a) terms, limitations and conditions on market access; (b) conditions and qualifications on national treatment; (c) undertakings relating to additional commitments; and
