Publication and Enquiry Points. 1. Each Party shall publish on the Internet its laws, regulations and administrative procedures applicable to or enforceable by its Customs Administration.
2. Each Party shall designate one or more inquiry points to address inquiries from interested persons concerning customs matters, and shall make available on the Internet information concerning procedures for making such inquiries.
3. Each Party shall endeavour to provide interested persons and the other Party with advance notice of any proposed customs laws and practices that are likely to substantially affect the operation of the Agreement.
Publication and Enquiry Points. 1. Each customs administration shall publish all customs laws and any administrative procedures it applies or enforces.
2. Each customs administration shall designate one or more enquiry points to deal with inquiries from interested persons from either Party on customs matters arising from the implementation of this Agreement, and provide details of such enquiry points to the other customs administration.
3. Each customs administration shall provide the other customs administration with timely notice of any significant modification of customs laws or procedures governing the movement of goods and means of transport that is likely to substantially affect the operation of this Chapter.

3. Nothing in this Article shall require a Party to publish law enforcement procedures and internal operational guidelines including those related to conducting risk analysis and targeting technologies.

(b) designate one or more enquiry points to address enquiries from the other Party concerning customs matters, and shall make available on the internet, or in print form, information concerning procedures for making such enquiries.

(b) designate one or more enquiry points to address enquiries from the other Party concerning customs matters, and shall make available on the Internet, or print form, information concerning procedures for making such enquiries. Each Party shall retain its rights and obligations under Article VI of the GATT 1994 and the Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 in Annex 1A to the WTO Agreement, as set out in the national legislations of both Parties.

(b) designate one or more enquiry points to address enquiries from interested persons of each Party concerning customs matters, and shall make available on the internet or in print, information on the procedures for making such enquiries.

ARTICLE 4.1 Definitions
(a) “CIF“ means the value of the good imported, and includes the cost of freight and insurance up to the port or place of entry into the country of importation. The valuation shall be made in accordance with the WTO Agreement on Customs Valuation;
