Scheduled Vacation Clause Samples
The Scheduled Vacation clause defines the rules and procedures for employees to take planned time off from work. It typically outlines how vacation time is accrued, the process for requesting and approving vacation dates, and any restrictions on when vacations can be scheduled, such as blackout periods during peak business times. This clause ensures both employees and employers have clear expectations regarding time off, helping to balance operational needs with employee well-being and prevent scheduling conflicts.
