Scheduling for Instructors. before the start of each fiscal year Department Heads should establish a departmental schedule of each instructors’ annual vacation period, with the involvement of the instructors. For this purpose, Department Heads will first identify which of the options referred to in Article 7.2.2.1 is being requested by each instructor; second, schedule the vacation accordingly; and then schedule residual days, if any.
