Common use of Schematic Design Package Clause in Contracts

Schematic Design Package. Schematic Design Package means the combination of: (i) Schematic Design Drawings; (ii) an outline summary of the areas within the proposed Project such summary corresponding to the general categories in the space allocation outlined in the Design Program; (iii) a description of the building and general site development that shall include an overview of proposed exterior architectural materials and structural systems together with the MEP Systems and services being contemplated; and (iv) an Opinion of Probable Construction Cost that demonstrates conformity with the Budget, all that in TFC’s sole opinion must be in satisfactory quality and detail.
