SCHOLARSHIP PRIVILEGES. The PSHS shall provide to the SCHOLAR AWARDEE secondary education with free tuition and loan of available textbooks. The SCHOLAR AWARDEE may be entitled to additional benefits that the PSHS Board of Trustees may grant, subject to the availability of funds and government accounting/auditing rules and procedures.
