School Board. If the grievant or the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Step II, or if no decision has been rendered within seven (7) days after presentation of the grievance, then the grievance, within seven (7) days, may be referred to the Board of Trustees. The Chairman of the Board shall arrange for a hearing with the grievant to take place at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
