SCHOOL CALENDAR AND DESIGNATION OF HOLIDAYS. The Board shall adopt the school calendar each year. When adopting the school calendar, the board shall schedule the following holidays for the number of days as designated: Labor Day One weekday Thanksgiving Break Two weekdays Winter Break Minimum of six weekdays including Christmas Day and New Year’s Day Spring Break Minimum of three weekdays Memorial Day One weekday The Board of Education and the Xxxxxx Teacher’s Association agreed on the 2015-16 calendar as voted on.
