School Calendar and Hours. A. Paraprofessionals covered under this Agreement shall work the same school calendar as teachers. B. All paraprofessionals assigned to instruction shall work the same hours as teachers with the school day being seven (7) hours and five (5) minutes. Prior to the submission of the Title I proposal to the Maryland State Department of Education, the Board shall grant the Union an opportunity to review and discuss sections of the Title One proposal pertinent to the paraprofessional unit.
