Common use of School District Training Participation Clause in Contracts

School District Training Participation. The SRO shall participate in all School District trainings as frequently and on such topics of those outlined above as determined reasonable and necessary by the School District and County. Such trainings will be offered during Duty Hours or non-contact days when students are not in school. If the SRO cannot complete the training on the day such training is offered by the District, then the District will identify an alternative training date to take place during Duty Hours or non-contact days when students are not in school.
