School Improvement Funding. The Board shall fully comply with F.S. 24.121 (5) (c) which addresses guidelines for the expenditure of lottery funds. If the Florida Legislature deletes/amends the statute that this section is based on, or the State appropriation ends, this section #4 shall be amended or deleted to reflect the action taken by the Florida Legislators.
