School Officer Relief Provision. The employing authority agrees that when a school officer, who is undertaking duties with essential student supervision responsibilities that cannot be reallocated, is absent from work due to the accessing of leave, they will be replaced, where a suitable replacement is available, by another employee for the duration of their absence. This clause will not apply where the absence is less than five (5) hours.
