School Representation. .1 The Board acknowledges the appointment of one (1) Association representative (union xxxxxxx) as union representative at each school and/or Board site. .2 Where a Teacher is required to attend a meeting which is disciplinary or may be deemed disciplinary in nature, the Teacher shall be entitled to request the attendance of a union representative. The timing of the meeting shall allow for such representation, both parties acting reasonably.
