School System Duties. School System will take reasonable steps to protect the EDPlan Service from unauthorized access, copying, dissemination, and disclosure, and from other unauthorized use, and will report promptly to PCG any such use of which School System becomes aware. School System shall be responsible for the quality, integrity, and accuracy of all data entered and used in connection with the EDPlan Service, including all deletions of such data by School System Users. School System is responsible for establishing and enforcing any School System policies related to data security, information management, account management of School System users, and the proper handling of data extracted, reported, or otherwise removed by the system by School System personnel.

Related to School System Duties

  • Quality control system (i) The Contractor shall establish a quality control mechanism to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Agreement (the “Quality Assurance Plan” or “QAP”).

  • System Operations Each party, at its own expense, shall provide and maintain the equipment, software, services and testing necessary to transmit Data Communications to, and receive Data Communications from the parties’ respective Receipt Computers.

  • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.
