Common use of Scope Change Clause in Contracts

Scope Change. If at any time the co-principal investigators determine that the research data dictates a substantial change in the direction of the work, the parties shall make a good faith effort to agree on any necessary change(s) to the SOW and make the change(s) by written notice.
