SCOPE OF ARCHITECT’S BASIC SERVICES. § 3.1 The Architect’s Basic Services consist of those described in this Article 3 and include usual and customary structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services necessary to accomplish the Owner’s program and complete the Project. The Architect shall advise the Owner, at the earliest possible date, if it believes that any additional consultants are required to complete the Project. Moreover, the Architect will assist the Owner in the selection of consultants (e.g., a construction manager), where appropriate.
