SCOPE OF ARCHITECT’S BASIC SERVICES. 2.1. The Architect's Basic Services consist of those described in this Agreement and in the Project Work Scope attached as Exhibit A and made a part of this Agreement. Unless otherwise specified on the cover page, the Basic Services include architectural, engineering, consulting, and design services necessary to produce a reasonably complete, coordinated and accurate set of Construction Documents for the Project. The Architect shall be responsible for the design coordination of any School District’s consultants.
