SCOPE OF ARCHITECT’S SERVICES. 1. The ARCHITECT’s services include those described in this Article and include structural, civil, mechanical and electrical engineering and landscape architecture services and any other services necessary to produce a reasonably complete and accurate set of Construction Documents defined as including, but not limited to, the following: The agreement between DISTRICT and contractor awarded the PROJECT (“Contractor”), general and supplementary conditions of the contract between DISTRICT and contractor, drawings, specifications, addenda and other documents listed in the agreement, and modifications issued after execution of the DISTRICT and Contractor Contract.
