Valuable Document Insurance. The Contractor shall carry adequate insurance on all reports, drawings, specifications, record drawings and/or other documents as may be required to protect the District in the amount of its full equity in those reports, drawings, specifications, record drawings and/or other documents, and shall file with the District a certificate of that insurance. The cost of that insurance shall be paid by the Contractor, and the District shall be named as an additional insured. Depending on the nature of Contractor Services contemplated in this Agreement, the District may at its discretion waive and or modify this section for Valuable Document Insurance requirement.

ARCHITECT shall notify DISTRICT in the event of material change in, or failure to renew, each policy. Prior to commencing work, the ARCHITECT shall deliver to DISTRICT certificates of insurance as evidence of compliance with the requirements herein. In the event the ARCHITECT fails to secure or maintain any policy of insurance required hereby, the DISTRICT may, at its sole discretion, secure such policy of insurance in the name of, and for the account of, ARCHITECT, and in such event ARCHITECT shall reimburse DISTRICT upon demand for the cost thereof.

  • All insurance policies (with the exception of workers’ compensation, employer’s liability and professional liability) will be endorsed and name the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System, The University of Texas System and University as Additional Insureds for liability caused in whole or in part by Contractor’s acts or omissions with respect to its on-going and completed operations up to the actual liability limits of the required insurance policies maintained by Contractor. Commercial General Liability Additional Insured endorsement including ongoing and completed operations coverage will be submitted with the Certificates of Insurance. Commercial General Liability and Business Auto Liability will be endorsed to provide primary and non-contributory coverage.

  • Insurance Policies Insurance required herein shall be by companies duly licensed or admitted to transact business in the state where the Premises are located, and maintaining during the policy term a "General Policyholders Rating" of at least B+, V, as set forth in the most current issue of "Best's Insurance Guide", or such other rating as may be required by a Lender. Lessee shall not do or permit to be done anything which invalidates the required insurance policies. Lessee shall, prior to the Start Date, deliver to Lessor certified copies of policies of such insurance or certificates evidencing the existence and amounts of the required insurance. No such policy shall be cancelable or subject to modification except after thirty (30) days prior written notice to Lessor. Lessee shall, at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of such policies, furnish Lessor with evidence of renewals or "insurance binders" evidencing renewal thereof, or Lessor may order such insurance and charge the cost thereof to Lessee, which amount shall be payable by Lessee to Lessor upon demand. Such policies shall be for a term of at least one year, or the length of the remaining term of this Lease, whichever is less. If either Party shall fail to procure and maintain the insurance required to be carried by it, the other Party may, but shall not be required to, procure and maintain the same.

  • ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENT AND PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY INSURANCE CLAUSE Supplier agrees to list Sourcewell and its Participating Entities, including their officers, agents, and employees, as an additional insured under the Supplier’s commercial general liability insurance policy with respect to liability arising out of activities, “operations,” or “work” performed by or on behalf of Supplier, and products and completed operations of Supplier.   • Insurance Policy The Employer agrees to remit to the Union an amount to be applied toward the payment of a premium by the Union for an insurance policy which provides a defense attorney to represent all members of the bargaining unit when they are charged with a criminal act that results from events occurring while the bargaining unit member was acting in an official capacity. Insuring clauses for both bodily injury and property damage shall provide coverage on an occurrence basis. The Department, its employees, and officers shall be named as an additional insured on any automobile insurance policy. The minimum limits shall be as follows: $200,000/300,000 Automobile Liability for Company-Owned Vehicles, if applicable $200,000/300,000 Hired and Non-owned Automobile Liability Coverage

  • Insurance & Bonding The Subrecipient shall carry sufficient insurance coverage to protect contractor's assets from loss due to theft, fraud and/or undue physical damage, and as a minimum, shall purchase a blanket fidelity bond covering all employees in an amount equal to cash advances from the Grantee. The Subrecipient shall comply with the bonding and insurance requirements of 2 CFR 200.304.
