SCOPE OF ENTRUSTED PROCESSING ACTIVITIES. For the performance of its services following the TOU, the User hereby authorizes WEGLOT to carry out Processing of personal data as specified hereinafter (“Entrusted Processing Activities”): ▪ Purpose of Entrusted Processing Activities: providing the Services described in the TOU . ▪ Categories of personal data processed (“Entrusted Personal Data”): all and any Personal Data contained in User’s Content and/or Translated Content hosted by WEGLOT. ▪ Categories of Data Subjects: all and any living natural persons identified or identifiable, directly or indirectly, through Entrusted Personal Data.

SCOPE OF ENTRUSTED PROCESSING ACTIVITIES. For the sole purpose of execution of the Agreement, the Municipality hereby authorizes VIANOVA to carry out Processing of the Entrusted Personal Data as specified hereinafter (“Entrusted Processing Activities”): ▪ Purpose of Entrusted Processing Activities: providing the Services as further described in this Agreement. ▪ Categories of Data Subjects: Mobility Providers' customers, i.e. users of Mobility Services, and any other living natural persons identified or identifiable through or based on Entrusted Personal Data.

Related to SCOPE OF ENTRUSTED PROCESSING ACTIVITIES

  • Records of Processing Activities 6.1 The Data Processor shall keep records of all categories of processing activities performed on behalf of the Data Controller. Records of Processing activities shall include at least the following:

  • Marketing Activities The Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in marketing activities for any Hydrocarbons or enter into any contracts related thereto other than (i) contracts for the sale of Hydrocarbons scheduled or reasonably estimated to be produced from their proved Oil and Gas Properties during the period of such contract, (ii) contracts for the sale of Hydrocarbons scheduled or reasonably estimated to be produced from proved Oil and Gas Properties of third parties during the period of such contract associated with the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries that the Borrower or one of its Subsidiaries has the right to market pursuant to joint operating agreements, unitization agreements or other similar contracts that are usual and customary in the oil and gas business and (iii) other contracts for the purchase and/or sale of Hydrocarbons of third parties (A) which have generally offsetting provisions (i.e. corresponding pricing mechanics, delivery dates and points and volumes) such that no “position” is taken and (B) for which appropriate credit support has been taken to alleviate the material credit risks of the counterparty thereto.

  • Monitoring Activities The Cheyenne MPO shall have the right to monitor all activities related to this Agreement that are performed by the Consultant or its subconsultants. This shall include, but not be limited to, the right to make site inspections at any time and with reasonable notice; to bring experts and consultants on site to examine or evaluate completed work or work in progress; to examine the books, ledgers, documents, papers, and records pertinent to this Agreement; and to observe personnel in every phase of performance of the related work.

  • EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES 1. In this agreement, extra-curricular programs and activities include all those that are beyond the provincially prescribed and locally determined curricula of the school.

  • Commencement of Interconnection Activities If the Developer executes the final LGIA, the ISO, Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer shall perform their respective obligations in accordance with the terms of the LGIA, subject to modification by FERC. Upon submission of an unexecuted LGIA in accordance with Section 30.11.3, the Parties shall promptly comply with the unexecuted LGIA, subject to modification by FERC.
