Scope of Insurance and Special Hazards. The insurance required under Subparagraph a and b, above, shall provide adequate protection for the Contractor and his/her Subcontractor's, respectively, against damage claims which may arise from operations under this Contract, whether such operations be by the insured or by any one directly or indirectly employed by him/her and also against any of the special hazard which may be encountered in the performance of this Contract.

Scope of Insurance and Special Hazards. The insurance obtained, which is described above, shall provide adequate protection for the Contractor and his/her subcontractors, respectively, against damage claims that may arise from operations under this contract, whether such operations be by the insured or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by him/her and also against any of the special hazards that may be encountered in the performance of this Contract.
Scope of Insurance and Special Hazards. The insurance required under subparagraphs (b) and (c) hereof shall provide adequate protection for the Contractor and his subcontractors, respectively, against damage claims which may arise from operations under this Contract, whether such operation be by the insured or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by him, and also against any of the special hazards which may be encountered in the performance of this contract as enumerated in the Supplemental General Conditions.
Scope of Insurance and Special Hazards. The Contractor’s commercial general liability insurance shall provide adequate protection against damage claims which may arise from operations under this contract, whether such operations be by the insured or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by the insured, and also against any of the special hazards which may be encountered in the performance of this contract. The Contractor is responsible for determining the special hazards that must be insured for on this project. Special hazards may include loading and unloading, excavating, filling, drilling, blasting, explosions, demolition, underpinning, elevator, or hoist. Insurer must also document on the insurance certificate that they have been notified, when applicable, of the Contractor’s involvement in asbestos abatement and that insurance coverage provided specifically covers that activity.
Scope of Insurance and Special Hazards. The Insurance required under paragraphs 11.02 and 11.03 hereof shall provide adequate protection for CONTRACTOR and its subcontractors, respectively, against damage claims which may arise from operations under this Agreement, whether such operations be by the insured or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by the insured; and also against any special hazards which may be encountered in the performance of this Agreement. Until this project is completed and accepted by the Owner, the contractor is required to maintain Builder's Risk Insurance (Fire and Extended Coverage) on a one hundred percent (100%) completed value basis on the insurable portion of the project for the benefit of the Owner, the contractor and the subcontractor, as their interests may appear. The contractor shall not include any costs for Builder's Risk Insurance premiums during construction unless the contractor is required to provide such insurance; however, this provision shall not release the contractor from his specifications for the project covered by the contract. The contractor and the surety shall be obligated to full performance of the contractor's undertaking.

Scope of Insurance and Special Hazards. The insurance required shall provide adequate protection for the Owner, Contractor and his Subcontractor, respectively, against damage claims which may arise from operations under this Contract, whether such operations be by the insured or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by him, and also against any of the special hazards which may be encountered in the performance of the Contract. Each of the aforesaid policies shall include the Owner as a named insured and will provide that such policy will not be canceled until after the Owner shall have been given twenty (20) days written notice of the proposed cancellation.
Scope of Insurance and Special Hazards. The insurance required under Paragraphs 6 hereof is a minimum to provide adequate protection for Licensee, respectively, against damage claims which may arise from operations under this Agreement, whether such operation be by the insured or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by the insured and, also against any of the special hazards which may be encountered in the entities' operation under this Agreement. The insurance required herein and approval of Licensee's insurance by the Licensor shall not relieve or decrease the liability of Licensee hereunder.

  • Contractor Insurance Requirements When performing Work on property in the care, custody, or control of the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall maintain all commercial general liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, and any other insurance the Judicial Council deems appropriate under the Agreement. Upon request from the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall furnish an insurance certificate evidencing required insurance coverage acceptable to the Judicial Council. The Contractor may also be required to have the Judicial Council shown as an additional insured on selected policies.

  • Minimum Scope of Insurance Coverage shall be at least as broad as: 1.   • Subcontractor Insurance Requirements Consultant shall require each of its subcontractors that perform services under this Agreement to maintain insurance coverage that meets all of the requirements of this Section 11.
