Common use of Scope of Lessee’s Services Clause in Contracts

Scope of Lessee’s Services. 1. The Scope of Work for which Lessee shall be responsible under the Site Lease includes the following Basic Services as well as the Preconstruction Services described below for the Preliminary Plan Phase and Working Drawing Phase of the Project. Exhibit “E”, Xxxxxx’s Proposal, is attached hereto, and describes Xxxxxx’s approach to performance of the Scope of Work.
