Scope of Negotiations. The BOARD shall meet with the recognized bargaining representatives for the purpose of negotiating in good faith all items which may affect the wages, salaries, hours and other terms and conditions of the employment of the employees and the continuation, modification or deletion of an existing provision of this CONTRACT.
