Common use of Scope of Research Clause in Contracts

Scope of Research. During the term of this AGREEMENT, the UNIVERSITY shall use its reasonable best efforts consistent with its nonprofit status to perform the research program funded and described in Exhibit A attached hereto and which hereby is incorporated herein (the “RESEARCH”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the UNIVERSITY makes no warranties or representations regarding its ability to achieve, nor shall it be bound hereby to accomplish, any particular research objective or results.

Scope of Research. During the term of this AGREEMENTAgreement, the UNIVERSITY University shall use its reasonable best efforts consistent with its nonprofit status to perform the research program funded and described in Exhibit A A, attached hereto and which hereby is incorporated herein (the “RESEARCHResearch”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the UNIVERSITY University makes no warranties or representations regarding its ability to achieve, nor shall it be bound hereby to accomplish, any particular research objective or results.

Scope of Research. During the term of this AGREEMENTAgreement, the UNIVERSITY University shall use its reasonable best efforts consistent with its nonprofit status to perform the research program funded and described in Exhibit A A, attached hereto and which hereby is incorporated herein (the “RESEARCHResearch”)) using the levels of diligence, care and skill applicable to academic research typically conducted at the University. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the UNIVERSITY University makes no warranties or representations regarding its ability to achieve, nor shall it be bound hereby to accomplish, any particular research objective or results.

During the term of this AGREEMENTAgreement, the UNIVERSITY shall University shall, use its reasonable best efforts consistent with its nonprofit status to perform the research program funded and Research, as described in Exhibit A A, attached hereto and which hereby is incorporated herein (the “RESEARCH”)made a part hereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the UNIVERSITY University makes no warranties or representations regarding its ability to achieve, nor shall it be bound hereby to accomplish, any particular research objective or results.
