SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT The Contractor shall perform the Services set out [in Schedule 1] [below2] in accordance with the Contract. TERM AND SCOPE OF THE CIA A. The period of the compliance obligations assumed by Progenity under this CIA shall be five years from the effective date of this CIA.
